Rapid Product Prototyping
Once the plan is confirmed, we initiate rapid prototyping. Utilizing our modular core inventory and flexible winding processes, we produce functional samples within 15-20 days, allowing you to proceed with circuit testing and validation ASAP.

Rigorous Testing & Validation
Samples undergo strict functional and environmental testing, including ratio and phase error calibration, as well as withstand voltage, temperature rise, and EMC tests to meet IEC 61869 and application requirements.

Scalable Mass Production
After approval, we move to mass production using automated winding and epoxy casting lines, ensuring consistent magnetic performance and insulation reliability, with monthly capacity over 500,000 units.

Final QC & Global Delivery
We perform AQL sampling or 100% inspection before shipment to ensure zero defects in appearance and performance. Familiar with export packaging standards, we provide shock-proof and moisture-proof packing for on-time global delivery.
