Product Basics
Q1. Do you offer Rogowski coils with integrators?
Q2. How do your products differ from other suppliers? Why choose you?
We understand that the market is crowded, but we position ourselves not just as a manufacturer, but as a comprehensive current sensing solution provider. Our advantage lies in our ability to master both Traditional Iron-Core Technology and Advanced Air-Core (Rogowski) Technology, offering you the best of both worlds.
-
Dual-Technology Expertise (CT & RC): Unlike suppliers who specialize in only one area, we excel in both:
- For Current Transformers (CTs), we utilize high-grade silicon steel or nanocrystalline cores to ensure low magnetizing current and high accuracy (Class 0.1/0.2) for billing and metering.
- For Rogowski Coils, we use precision uniform winding on non-magnetic bobbins to guarantee excellent linearity and wide frequency response (up to 1MHz) for harmonic analysis and transient protection.
- We help you select the exact technology that fits your specific application, rather than forcing a "one-size-fits-all" product.
-
Performance-Driven Design:
- Safety First: Our CTs are designed with high dielectric strength insulation to prevent secondary open-circuit hazards. Our Rogowski coils are inherently safe with no risk of saturation, even during massive short-circuit currents.
- Signal Integrity: Whether it's the heavy-duty output of a CT or the sensitive mV signal of a Rogowski coil, we implement superior shielding techniques to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) in complex electrical environments.
-
Flexible OEM/ODM & Calibration: We offer end-to-end customization. From the physical dimensions (split-core vs. solid-core) to the electronic integration (integrators for Rogowski coils), we tailor the product to your specs. Every unit undergoes strict calibration against national standards before shipment, ensuring the "Accuracy Class" on the label matches the reality in the field.
Q3. Do you have CT suitable for outdoor or harsh environments?
Applications & Compatibility
Q1. Can these sensors be used for power monitoring and energy management systems?
Customization & OEM/ODM Services
Q1. What is the typical lead time for a customized product?
Q2. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Q3. How are tooling/mold costs handled for customized products? Who bears the cost?
-
New Mold Development (e.g., custom housing, unique window size, proprietary form factor):
- Customer-Borne: For small to medium volumes, the tooling cost is typically borne by the customer. We provide a detailed tooling invoice and retain ownership of the mold.
- Shared or Waived: For large volume orders or long-term partnership commitments, we can negotiate to share or absorb the tooling cost entirely. The specific terms depend on the order quantity and the exclusivity of the design.
- Mold Ownership: If the customer pays for the mold in full, the mold belongs to the customer. We can store and maintain it free of charge during the cooperation period.
-
Exclusive Design: If the custom design is exclusive to your brand and not offered to other customers, we typically require the customer to cover the tooling cost or commit to a minimum annual volume.
Purchasing & Logistics
Q1. Do you offer samples? What is the sample policy?
Q2. What are your payment terms?
Q3. How do you ensure logistics and delivery reliability? What if there are shipping delays?
We take logistics reliability seriously. Our approach includes:
- Safety Stock: For long-term partners, we maintain safety stock of key models to ensure immediate shipment.
- Carrier Selection: We partner with leading international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and major freight forwarders) to provide reliable service and real-time tracking.
- Proactive Communication: We monitor shipments closely and will notify you immediately if any delay is anticipated, providing updated ETAs and alternative solutions when possible.
- Compensation Policy: In the rare event of a delay caused by our internal processing (not force majeure), we will work with you on compensation arrangements based on the terms agreed for your order.
For critical projects, we can also arrange expedited shipping (air freight) at an additional cost to meet your deadline.
After-Sales Support & Technical Assistance
Q1. What after-sales support do you provide?
Q2. Do you have installation guides or technical documentation?
Supplier Qualifications & Factory Capabilities
Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Can I visit your factory?
Q2. How do you ensure stable and on-time delivery, especially for large or repeat orders?
We have established a comprehensive delivery assurance system to ensure supply chain stability:
- Capacity Planning: We maintain multi-line production capabilities with flexible capacity. Our CT and rogowski coil production capacity exceeds 3,000,000 units/year separately.
- Raw Material Management: We work with qualified suppliers and maintain safety stock for critical components (magnetic cores, electronic components, housings). For key materials, we have dual-source suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Production Scheduling: Our ERP system manages production orders with real-time tracking. We provide regular production status updates and proactively communicate any potential delays.
- Forecast-Based Preparation: For long-term partners, we encourage quarterly or annual forecasts. This allows us to pre-order materials and allocate production capacity in advance, significantly reducing lead times for repeat orders.
